Repayment conditions :

Refund requests received before 27 September 2026 will be granted in full, minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 27 September 2026.
Refund requests should be sent by email to the organisers (the date of the email will be used to determine the applicable refund conditions). Refunds can only be processed via bank transfer; therefore, please include your full bank account details in the email.
